About this site

I built this site as a personal experiment. I want to find out how people read me at first glance, how that compares with how I see myself, and how it differs depending on who is looking.

It is short: a core section of about two minutes, and every further section is optional. Anyone who stops early still counts. I answered every question myself first, and at the end you get to see my answers.

Your privacy

• Taking part is anonymous by default.
• Contact details are optional. If you ever leave any, they are stored separately from your answers.
• Before the first question there is a consent step and a check that you are 18 or older.
• You can delete your own answers whenever you ask, using the deletion code you are given.
• Your data is never sold.
• If Claude, an AI model, is used to summarise free-text answers, the privacy notice says so.
• Answers are kept for 24 months, then they are anonymised and contact details are deleted.
